Why is that only Government Pier and occasionally south rocks are mentioned in fishing report? Are Johnson's and the Yacht Club piers not as productive?

I don't shore fish alot but Government Pier and the south rocks seem to be most productive and access and parking is easy. Most people I see fishing are in those two areas. That's probably the biggest reason most posts are about them. I'll see people by the yacht club but mostly late summer and snagging season. Fishing Johnson's can be good but it takes some effort to get there.
The Government Pier is now closed for repairs.
