Neat Marc. I always respected the art of building a great aquarium. Wish I had the space and patience. There's a few other people on the site that do a very good job. :D

Thanks Bruce. It's always a lot of fun during the winter and a scramble to maintain in the summer.

There are some guys that have real nice tanks on the site!

Two of them in there might put up a good fight on an ice fishing rod.

What color food do you feed them? Does it typically fall more horizontal or vertical?

They get Australian Blackworms and the food never has a chance to fall

Nice Marc.....you are an aquarist for sure.....me on the other hand
no direct sun (algae)
no special food(leftover bait)
No heater(cooked some real pretty ones)
No live plants, water change/ph treatments, just a few native fish. It all adds
up to a very low maintenance tank, perfect for me!
Image
Don't be fooled, keeping healthy Non native fish requires as much attention as
keeping any other pets :thanks :gpost

Cool tank Finn, the large rock and driftwood is awesome. I want to do one more tank with native species from Lake Michigan.

CP I'd be worried if you showed up at the house. I would probably see you pulling a stick and a fillet knife out of the car as you were walking to the door..... :shock
