I'm going all hand/electrical for my hole drilling needs and I'm willing to part with my gas auger. $200 obo takes it home.

Strikemaster Mag2000, 10", Tecumseh power head, chipper blade, tuneup/carburetor rebuild done last Feb (spent $80). It starts and it drills, though sometimes you have to pull a few times when cold.
It's 6-7 years old but only been used once a season on a 3 day trip up north, drilling maybe 20 holes a year - we are a lazy bunch. If you're friends with gas engines (which I'm not :) ) and need large holes (I don't), it should provide many years of reliable service.

Minor issues: no blade cover, one of the plastic clips that attaches gas tank is broken off - hasn't been an issue for me.

PM me if interested. I can text pictures if needed. I live in Lake Zurich/Hawthorn Woods area but can meet anywhere around Itasca during lunch hour.
