Hey guys, here's a simple recipe I came up with for having some sandwiches ready for when you go out fishing. That is if you don't stop at one of the many good sandwich shops along the way lol (Just Jim's).

1 already cooked rotisserie chicken.
4 big table spoon scoops of mayonnaise.
1 big table spoon of pickle relish.
1 big table spoon of sweet relish.
12 cranks on the pepper mill of fresh black pepper.
4 slices of bacon. (I buy the precooked)
1 teaspoon onion.

Tear the chicken off the bone and mince and place in a large mixing bowl. Heat the bacon up in the microwave. Mince the bacon very fine and place in the same bowl as the chicken. Next, cut a small amount of onion to equal one teaspoon and throw that in the bowl. Next add your dill relish, pickle relish, black pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix it all together very well. Toast up some bread and make a nice sandwich!
