I love tortellini. Normally I make it with olive oil, Sriracha, eregeno, garlic and other spices. Sometimes marinara. I tried something new. For cheap tortellini you cannot beat the Italian sausage tortellini from walmart. I made a home made Mac n cheese sauce. Milk, butter and cheese. Tortellini Mac n cheese. Man was it good! After everything was mixed together I thickened it with a little corn starch. I baked the leftovers. This was crazy good.

Not only does that sound good, but easy to whip up.

Thanks
