Any advice please!!

I was thinking about taking the yak to the DP river today after work but no idea how to do this. Where do I park and launch? Whats the best stuff to bring? (Seems like spinners).. Big question is if I launch in one place will I be able to get back there while going down the river?... Like I said, this is brand new to me. Any tips or advice is welcome! Thanks so much. Cheers!

i would suggest that you start off by going upriver from where you launch. its a pretty safe bet you can get back to where you launch that way. If you have a car to park where you want to pick up, you could just drift from one launch to the other.

It is for the most part a lazy river and you shouldn't have much trouble going any direction you want. If the water is high, don't go out. Ive seen that little river get nasty.
