Has anyone fished the flowages in Wisconsin? Where did you stay? How was the fishing there? Thinking about going north and wanted to see if any recommendations from you. Looking to take my boat and friend and to fish for walleyes, crappie, pike and smallies. I know the outdoor shows are coming and wanted to do some research before then. Thanks.

I like the Crowley and pixly sections of the flambeau flowages. Park falls area. These are small sections and easy to explore and fish. A lot of small lakes in the area also that tend to be sleepers. Also a great place if you like to canoe or kayak, with portage areas and overnight campsites.
