Hey Krezy, I had a Windshield made by ( BUSCH PLASTICS (plastic fabrication) 21706 US30, LYNWOOD IL. 708-757-7055 ) I cracked my Partial Bubble Windshield on my Sylvan. I took both pieces to Busch, which was recommended by a friend of mine who had a Cracked Windshield on his Harley replaced. They did a Great job replacing. They Fabricated the Bubble Windshield as if it came out of the Original Mfg. They also up sized the thickness of the windshield meaning Stronger but still Flex if needed. I see your up North which may be a drawback but if you decide to take the ride you won't regret it. Give them a call and hear what they say and if they don't do it (which I doubt) maybe they can help locating someone for you. Good Luck, Jerry

Mikes creative auto tops and interiors in Oswego IL has done several tops for me. I had a full cover he modified for me and then had a snap on mooring type cover I used for trailering (saved me 1 mpg) and also a big cover and back drop for my baha. All at very reasonable prices. Much less then the other places I have called and same materiel and been happy with the workmanship. He even built it around all my rod holders.

If you get a tight snap one have it done in the winter. If its done in the summer and done tight you will never get it on when its cold.
