Last week:
After days of rain and cloudy weekday weather, it was nice to get out and get some some. Windy, but I'll take it. Bass continue to be the best bite on area lakes. Slow rolling spinnerbaits along the inside weedlines have been producing good numbers. Using double Colorado blades have been best. They allow the bait to ride above the weeds and give off a better vibration in cloudy water.

This week: Bass continue to be the hottest bite on area lakes. Swim baits, spinner baits, and lipless cranks worked along the outside weedlines have produced good numbers. Focus on the wind blown areas for the most active fish.
