Fished the river in two towns yesterday from 9-3. Not much of a trick this outing, just tossed a jig with a white grub and found fish pretty much everywhere. Alternated between a 3" Mister Twister and a 4" Berkeley Rage Tail with the larger grub accounting for larger fish as expected. I think I totaled something like 41 smallmouth, 4 largemouth, and tossed in 4 channel catfish on Gulp minnows for good measure. No beastly bass but a healthy amount of 14"-15" fish.

This little dude ended up in the river somehow and swam right between my legs before scaling the vertical wall next to me:

:gpost Funny how snakes can scale a vertical wall w/ no hands or feet! Sounds like a good day of play for sure.

Nice work! Those 14-15 inch Smallies are a blast, and pretty good sized for the Fox. Definitely an awesome day off!

Boy, you killed them! How was the water depth? The Duper is low enough so as not to get one's ankles wet in some spots.

It was low running about 600 cfs, but I've seen it under 300 cfs so it was plenty fishable.
