Seen a lot of activity on the webcam seems to b lots of nice fish in river
Hoping to get there soon. Use to do the Thanksgiving weekend trip for years

We used to go there at this time and "accidently"get lakers up by the dam.

It’s been a tough fall on the Joe to say the least, from the low water levels. But there’s still some big ones around, just gotta put in the time. Jerkbaits have been taking my bigger fish in the deeper holes and I’ve been getting my numbers jigging the gravel bars. Heard there’s been a good steelhead bite the last few weeks, but I haven’t fished for them this year.

Was at the joe Friday. Extremely low water.... water temperature was 43. Didn’t find many fish. If you don’t know the river expect many parts of the flow to be only a foot or two deep. Managed only 2 bites with just one that came on board for a meet and greet. We then sent him off to find a mate. There was a dude fly fishing and he was standing square in the middle of the only navigation channel. Knee deep!
