I had just sent a report to someone else so I'll send it along.
Big change on Lake Mi. temp on Mi (South Haven) side was 71 - 72 Friday AM it dropped 5 degrees in the 3 hours I fished Friday by Saturday you could see a distinct band of light blue of up welling water from the strong E winds. Perch scattered big time. Sunday I was picking up a very occasional perch in 35-38 FOW changed it up and went searching 25-28 FOW in another spot I saw a few then a school that lit up my graph wandered by and I stayed on them long enough to fill the 25 one man limit. Love those little bandits!
So look for stable weather. I got lucky Sunday. The South Haven Great Lakes Buoy has a great feature of temps down to the bottom (56 FOW) if you look at the water temperature heat graph on the glbuoys.glos.us #45168 it is a one week picture of the temps at their range of depths. Doesn't really matter the actual temperature you just want to see a consistency in those temps for the perch to school up.
