Went to the Pier Friday and got skunked again for the 2nd time this week, fishing between 11 -1 with minnows and shrimp.

Nobody was getting bites either time. Ice 100% thawed.

Best I can tell, the fish are no longer there.

Only a few birds and they weren't feeding.

Does anyone know if there is open water, ice, or floating ice chunks? Looking to go Saturday morning possibly. Thanks
