I was finally able to score on something, a nice mature doe. I had a couple great days on Halloween and the day after, since then all I've seen are does and yearlings. So I finally said I would take a nice doe if given the opportunity. Well at 25 yards she stood and my shot was a shade low, I'm talking 3 inches low. I let her lay a few hours and found her. I had to put one more in her to finish her off. My 2nd shot was about 3 inches higher than my original shot. Amazing how a few inches means so much, I know insert joke here. Anyone know how I can shrink the size of the photo so I can upload it?

Congrats on your doe!

There's a couple programs out there for free that will allow you to resize your photos (I like IrfanView) but there's also some websites that allow you to do it online. Do a google search for "resize photos" for some options.

Congrats on your deer! Hunted hard from Oct. 31-Nov. 12th. Got my buck on 11/12 too. Had very good hunts the 4th, 5th, 8th, 10th, and 11th as well with many deer passed. Action seemed to peak 8th-12th for me. All on public ground, rut seems strong this year and seems to be still going good for the shotgun season. Watch for harvest numbers to be a little higher this year! Good luck guys, I'm doe hunting this gun season and maybe one more with the bow after. Don't want any left over tags
