Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any reviews of Parker Bows? I was looking at buying one and I heard that these were good intro bows.

Thanks,

Go to a good Archery shop that carries the bows you are considering. Let the bow choose you and become a fan-boy of that brand.
My first set-up was a PSE and it did well for me. My second set-up was a Hoyt. I loved the bow but I couldn't shoot it consistently and learned to hate it after several missed shots.
My current set-up is a Mathews DXT. It's a killing machine and I wouldn't trade it for any other bow out there. Yes...I am a Mathews fan-boy.

I had the Parker Buckshot for 4 years. Started with 30-40 lb limbs and was able to send it back to Parker and they put 40-50 lb limbs on it. Gave it to a family friend who was getting into the sport. It killed deer for me every season and the missed shot where my error.

I have a Parker Wildfire, it's been dependable and was reasonably priced. Buy what fits you... most modern bows are all great and you can kill deer with any of them. Just a matter of what fits you best and is within your budget.
