I am setting up a rig for the first time. Has anyone ever tried circle hooks on their rig? Just wondering how well they might perform?

Hmm, very interesting idea! I tried them on my catfish rigs this past summer and will be staying with them for the kitties, worked like a charm. I suppose as long as there is enough pressure to turn them they would work. Might put a few on the powerline this year to test.
