So as the big boat comes out of the water in a month I have decided to run my Boston Whaler in the offseason months. Charters are just to much fun to stop when the harbors close. I will be running charters in November threw may as long as there isn't ice. Depending on what you want to fish for and where I will fish anywhere in IL waters until January then move into Indiana waters maybe in the spring. Some of the best fishing of the year is in the ice cold water. I have a full enclosure to get out of the wind, rain, or snow.

This time of year safety is a big concern as the water is extremely cold and very few boats out there. The whaler is the perfect tool for this fish with it being unsinkable, extremely seaworthy, and having twin outboards to get us home safe.

Depending on conditions and fishing trips may start right outside the harbor or maybe we will run 25 miles. Its a fast boat so we have a lot of options.

Charters up to 4 people.
6 hour $500
8 hour $600.

Give me a call if you need to fend off that cabin fever.

All trolling? Or do you get in on the Laker jig bite out of Chicago? I would like to try that this fall.

Just trolling. For jigging you need a smaller boat like a large bass boat or walleye boat. Problem is in the winter its tough to find a day nice enough to head out in a boat like that.
