come check it out and see
this one will be in the yard for the next couple weeks we can turn on the heat let you check it out
the thermostat on the dash works much like the furnace in your house
This runs off of diesel fuel or kerosene so is safe and approved for even charter boats (technically is a oil fired furnace)
has floor vents to keep you feet warm and dash vents to keep the windows clean the exhaust vents thru the bow under the gunnels and keeps the ice off the bow of the boat
addition can greatly improve your comfort while fishing in colder weather and possibly extend you fishing season
especially on a out board powered boat

Tell us more about this heating system. Do you have pictures of the heater? How much power does it use? how does it work when being bounced around in the waves.

Esbar heater same heater the coast guard is using in their safe boats electricity use depends on the blower setting it is completely automatic so until the inside of the cabin comes up to set temp will blow on high pulling just under 15 amps 3 gallons of kerosene is usually good for about 36 hours of use
stop by and see it in action its amazing

Hi Guys
great observation but we figure
this illustration is from the manufacturer and who ever did the American translation it is poor
come see how it works all the discharge temps are in or very near 200 deg. keeps the windows dry and clear keeps the floor warm with out and internal smells or C.O. in the cab, safe clean and efficient
we mount most of them concealed (usually) under front deck but hewes from the factory mounts them out side usually next to the drivers seat our installation takes about 3 times the man hours but is much more quiet and neat/clean
these units keep the interior of the cabin nice and warm even in Alaska can greatly extend your comfort and fishing season around here
This rite now is a rare limited time opportunity to climb in one of these boats out in the cold and see what this heater is like is not effected what so ever by the bouncing around of the boat and this is one of our installs
This is not just a Hewes craft guys know from fishing in Alaska This is a Calumet Marine rigged hewes craft
there is quite a difference and we are proud of the work we do here and love to show it
stop by and check it out it is truly amazing
We are well aware of the fact that these days most guys are not ready to buy a new boat with all these goodies on them
But it is very frustrating to hear "I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN ONE OF THESE BEFORE I BOUGHT BRAND XX"
you might not be ready to buy but after seeing one of these boats and actually being in one its easy to see the value and our hopes are you will talk about it and may be the next guy that heard you talking about it and calumet marine will stop by and see one before he pulls the trigger on that BRAND X
thanks
frank and family at calumet
