have been thinking of getting a peddle kayak
does anyone have this boat? any downsides that I should stay away from it?

Hobie makes good stuff, but you pay for it. Consider how you plan to haul the kayak. The Oasis Tandem lists at 14'6" and 127lb. It's really too big for J-cradles and many would consider it too big to car top altogether.

I have a Hobie Adventure Island (tri hull, with sail). it's an amazing rig, can get you offshore to troll if you like to do that. I'm thinking of selling, LMK if interested.
