We had 18 boats struggle to catch 106 fish on August 4th with only 2 teams bringing 10 fish limits to the scale. When it was over Captain Caleb on Migrator was the winner with Lou Champa on Lor E Lou winning most of the money. At least the weather cooperated if the fish didn’t. New leader in the boat of the year standings too! :)

1st place - Migrator Captain Caleb Weiner- 82 lbs for 192 pts = $90

2nd place - Grey Lion, Captain Jim Nelligan- 64.3 lbs for 179.3 pts = $54

3rd place - I Think it’s a Bass, Captain Dan Potoczaj, 76 lbs for 176 pts = $36

Big 3 winner, 43.3 lbs - Captain Lou Champa, Lor E Lou = $300 (sponsored by’ Thermalcraft, Ameriplate, Duck Bill charters, Ron Vallas and Jack Olles.

Big Fish winner, Lor E Lou, 16.5 lb King, $180

Big Target Fish, Lor E Lou, 16.5 lb King, $72

Top Rookie Boat, Migrator, Captain Caleb Weiner

Great barbecue of brats and baked beans and fruit salad provided by Bob Conidi! Thanks Bob.

Next club tournament is August 18th, see you there!

Congrats on taking over 1st place. Looks like it will be a heck of a battle for boat of the year. Good luck. Migrator is racking up the points. Has there even been a rookie and boat of the year winner? As always thanks to everyone who helps make these events happen!
