Hi all,
I just purchased a boat with a 2004 Optimax 115. I’m looking for a knowledgeable Optimax Mechanic in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana. I’m in Chicago and willing to drive 1-2 hours for a good mechanic. Just looking to tune it up. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

You could reach out to Ken's Power and Sail in Palatine. They are at Rand and Lake Cook. They do full rebuilds of Mercury motors.

Thanks, Dan
