Fished from shore in that area the last 2 evenings and only had 1 coho follow. Not a good year shore fishing for coho for me at all... must be in deeper water than I can cast to. Good job on your catch!

Fished the same area monday and got 3 browns, 3 cohos and a 3lb small mouth and lost a coho. all on cranks, mostly J9(orange) and a small wally diver (gold perch)

I went back bright and early this morning and was met with ideal conditions, light wind, decent water clarity, even the storms stayed away. Fished for four hours, same as monday, but ended up getting only one bite, which felt like a brown, that got off on a minnow rap (firetiger)

Talked to a few guys on shore but no one had any coho. One powerliner had 2 browns. I have not been doing bad this season as far as coho and they have been nice sized for the most part 20-22" but it has been unusually inconsistent with the bite being okay one day and really slow the next despite no real major changes in between. This is the second time I've been skunked this season but both times I've got my limit out of the same location the previous trip a day or two prior.
